  1. Tommy Thompson trestle re-opening party (2010)

    June 17, 2020, All Day

    On this date in 2010 the community gathered to celebrate the grand-reopening of the Tommy Thompson Trail’s trestle, which had been severely damaged by an arsonist the previous October. This was the culmination of a massive effort to restore the well-loved trail: “Fix-It” buttons were worn by many, and a fundraising campaign led by Michele Pope raised more than $300,000 for repairs.

  1. COVID-19 Community Briefing

    June 17, 2020, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

    You can watch live on Channel 10, or the following day at 9AM, 2PM, and 6PM. If you want to watch the meeting live on the City’s website click Watch Meetings (under the City Council tab on the website) and at 4 pm when the Mayor starts her briefing there will be an option to "watch live" on your computer! If you can also watch it on the website the next day on the COVID-19 information page or via the City's YouTube Channel.
