13. *** A NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS *** 

    Please have your tote out the night before your service day and leave out until the exchange has been made. Your tote has a serial number that begins with 21 for a 21 gallon, 32 for a 32 gallon tote, etc. Please check your serial number in the front of the tote if your not sure about the size change.
