City of Anacortes is happy to be working with PetData in Irving, Texas to provide enhanced licensing options for dog owners.

This week renewal notices will be mailed to owners of all currently licensed dogs. You may quickly and easily renew your license by mail or online, any time of day. Instructions are included on the form. To apply for a first time license, submit an application by mail or online.

Dog licenses may also be purchased in person at City Hall and at the Anacortes Police Station during regular business hours. Required documents are listed on the Dog Licensing page.

Reminder: All dogs within the city limits of Anacortes over the age of 16 weeks must have a current City of Anacortes dog license (AMC 6.04.020) attached to their collar. All licenses expire December 31st of every year, regardless of when they are purchased.
