[ARCHIVED] SEPA DNS: Source control program implementation code amendments

Proposal:        Amend Anacortes Municipal Code (AMC) Chapter (Ch.) 18.30 Illicit Discharges and Connections to the Stormwater Drainage System and AMC Ch. 19.12 Definitions and Interpretations to implement an effective and compliant Source Control Program that will educate and provide technical assistance to local businesses, enhancing environmental protection against harmful pollutants being discharged into local waterways through the stormwater system.

Lead Agency:  City of Anacortes, Planning, Community, & Economic Development Department

The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.   An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(C).  This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information of file with the lead agency.  This information is available to the public on request.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date below.  Comments regarding this DNS must be submitted to by June 15, 2022, at 5:00 PM.
