[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF APPLICATION: CUP-2022-0001 - Fiddlehead School Expansion

The project proposes an approximately 1,065 sq. ft. modular classroom to accommodate up to 20 pre-school students. With the expansion, the applicant is proposing additional parking and landscaping. The subject property is located in the Residential High Density 4 (R4) zoning district.

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit application are a Type-4 review which requires an Open Record Public Hearing with the Planning Commission and a Closed Record Decision Hearing with City Council. A subsequent Notice of Hearing would be published upon the completion of public comment period and project review. 

Public Comment Period:  The Notice of Application was published on February 16, 2022. Written comments must be submitted to the contact person listed below by 5:00 PM on March 2, 2022.
