The proposed garage is a 24' x 20' pole building (480 SF) with a concrete floor and no heat or plumbing. The new building will be constructed within an area that is currently gravel driveway, therefore the proposed project will not increase the square footage of impervious surfaces. The proposed garage will be built within a 150’ Category III wetland buffer.
