Friends of the Library
We’re Back! The Friends of the Library will hold a trunk sale on May 22 from 10 am to 1 pm in the Library’s 10th St. parking lot. Choose from our wide selection or grab a bag of books for $3. Love mysteries, biographies, or sci fi? Or are Westerns, nature, and history your favorites? There’s something for everyone! All proceeds benefit the Library. Please wear a mask.
The Friendshop bookstore is closed indefinitely, until the library lobby reopens.
"The Friends of the Library bookstore, the FriendShop, is currently closed temporarily due to the current health crisis in our region. We miss all of our regular customers and hope that we will be able to welcome you back once we have had an opportunity to regain access to our space. Please be patient as we work within available guidelines as to how we can safely resume sales of gently used books to our community. Please stay tuned for updates on this issue, which will be posted to this page and also to the Friends’ website at: www.friendsoftheanacorteslibrary.org
In the meantime, please join us and our wonderful bookstore volunteers as we all try to stay healthy and safe."
Please keep any book donations you have at home until the library and Friend Shop reopen in the future. You can support the Friend Shop during their closure with financial contributions!
Anyone with questions can contact Kandy Dubuque, Friends co-President, at firstname.lastname@example.org
The FriendShop has an amazing website of their own (which you can visit here).
