The Planning, Community, and Economic Development (PCED) department is separated into three focuses: Planning, Building and Economic Development. PCED department is responsible for:

  • Reviewing land use and building permits for consistency with adopted zoning regulations and building codes.
  • Periodic updates to various documents including the comprehensive plan, development regulations and strategic plans.

Submit an Application

Please send applications in PDF format with a file and message size no greater than 30 MB.   An email with a link to a file share site (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.) is acceptable.
