The Planning, Community, and Economic Development (PCED) department is separated into three focuses: Planning, Building and Economic Development. PCED department is responsible for:
Reviewing land use and building permits for consistency with adopted zoning regulations and building codes.
Periodic updates to various documents including the comprehensive plan, development regulations and strategic plans.
