Cap Sante Disc Golf Course

Launched in 2015, the nine "hole" course winds its way up the interior side of Cap Sante. The Jun 3, 2015 edition of the Anacortes American features an article about launching of the course. A disc golf course had been proposed in 2008, but it was only during a "volunteer work party to rid the area of English ivy, an invasive plant that climbs and can strangle trees", that this location was proposed.

A Viewpoint Trail as Well

As part of installing the course, and an extension of the clearing of invasive species from the hillside, the Viewpoint Trail was cleared. This trail takes you from the parking lot at Rotary Park, all the way to the summit of Cap Sante.
