The City offers pre-application meetings (sometimes referred to as DRG Meetings) with City staff to discuss your preliminary ideas and what it would take to make them happen. Staff representing, Public Works, Planning, Building, and Fire, are typically in attendance.
These meetings are held virtually on Tuesday afternoons.
To schedule, please submit your request online via the City's Online Permit Center. Once your request is submitted staff will follow up with a meeting date and time.
