Application for Small Business Stabilization Grant

The City of Anacortes has developed an emergency relief package for small businesses in jeopardy as a result of COVID-19 public safety measures. 

This program is funded through HUD’s Community Development Block Grant Program.  Certain eligibility criteria must be met in order to be eligible for this funding source.  Please review the instructions for eligibility.

Eligibility for the award will be based on FTE job retention of 51% of the employees with an employee income of 80% or less of the area median income (current AMI - $43,900 for a single employee (family of 1) – see attached income limits for reference)

Businesses that have been open since 2020 and employ a maximum of 30 employees are encouraged to apply for this funding.
