  GOAL:
To facilitate the Anacortes community's efforts to plan and control its physical, social, economic and environmental future by developing plans and policies with the community and by reviewing and processing permit applications under these plans and policies and their implementing regulations.
     
 

PROCEDURE:
Applicants can come to the Land Use Permit office to learn the application/hearing process for various administrative petitions, including, but not limited to Home Occupations, Street Vacations, Short Plats, Shoreline Permits, Plats, Rezones and Conditional Use Permits. The applicant will receive the appropriate paperwork and information regarding the review process, fee and /or hearing schedule.
