The Anacortes Housing Authority provides several low-income housing programs.  The Anacortes Housing Authority's mission is to provide decent, safe, and affordable housing for responsible persons of low-income.  AHAB promotes fair housing and the opportunity for very low and low-income families of all races, ethnicities, national origins, religions, ethnic backgrounds and with all types of disabilities to participate in housing.  Visit Anacortes Housing Authority’s website for additional information http://www.anacorteshousing.com/index.html

Applicants must reside within the city limits of Anacortes and have demonstrated interest and competence in community, housing needs, business, and finance.  The board consists of five members that meet the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 3:30 pm at the Anacortes Housing Authority meeting room, 719 Q Avenue  360-293-7831
