The public is invited to a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Central Business District Sidewalk program on Friday, January 21, 2005, 12:00 pm in front of the Brown Lantern at 412 Commercial Avenue. This phase completes four blocks of sidewalk improvements along Commercial Avenue from 8th Street to 4th Street.
