For 24 hour a day emergency police response contact 911 to have an officer dispatched. For 24 hour a day non-emergent officer contact, you can call 911 or 360-428-3211 and the officers on duty will be advised to contact you in person or by phone. 911 calls made on a cellular phone will be connected to the nearest Washington State Patrol Dispatch center. We suggest programming the non-emergent number, 428-3211, into your cell phone for direct contact with Skagit County Dispatch.
