Eugene Anderson Municipal Court is responsible for processing citations issued in violation of City Ordinances and some State Statutes by the Anacortes Police Department. The court sets cases for arraignment, hearing, trial or probation revocation.

Calendar: Court is held the second and fourth Thursday of every month.

Office Hours:
The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday

Case variety is not limited to but includes:
• Criminal Traffic Cases such as Driving While Under the Influence (DUI). Negligent Driving 1st Degree, Driving While License suspended 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and other criminal traffic violations;
• Criminal non-traffic cases such as Domestic Violence, Assault, Theft 3rd, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass;
• Traffic infractions such as Speeding, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, No Valid Operator’s License or No Insurance;
