Utility rates are established by ordinance. The existing ordinances
for water & sewer rates are based on the size of the meter and the
number of cubic feet (CF) of water consumed (.99/100 CF for water, $
2.07/100 CF for sewer). The following water and sewer base rates apply
to a typical single family residence (5/8" x 3/4" water meter) and the
minimum refuse service of one 20-gallon trashcan.
A minimum charge for services is billed monthly whether or not the
services are used; e.g., water meter is turned off; residence is vacant.
The charges listed here do not include any water consumption.

If your home will be vacant for more than 90 days but less than one
year, you may be eligible to have refuse and recycling charges removed
from your bill for that period. “Vacant Residence Utility Rate Reduction

Hall. |
