The items listed below are no longer needed by the City and have been
declared surplus. They have been offered for sale at public auction but
received no bids. They are now made available to the general public on a
first come, first served basis. Items may be removed from this site and
disposed of without notice.

Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered "as-is, where-is." City of
Anacortes makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind,
expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any
purpose of the property offered. The recipient is not entitled to any
payment for loss of profit or any other money damages - special, direct,
indirect, or consequential. Pick up hours 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through
Friday at City Hall, 904 6th St. Anacortes, WA 98221. Recipient is
responsible for removal of item.
